One of my favorites!
Mix with an immersion blender:
1 cup sugar free peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Liquid stevia to taste, start with 6-8 drops
When well mixed, stir in:
1/3 cup Lilly’s unsweetened chocolate chips
1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (or nuts of your choice) -optional
Put the mixture into an ice cube tray or small containers and refrigerate. Enjoy this low carb treat when you need a sweet, decadent treat.
