Breakfast Egg and Cheese Cups (keto friendly)

  1. I put one piece of thin sliced deli turkey (you could use ham), into a muffin tin.
  2. Then 1/2 ounce of cheddar cheese and put a raw egg on top and season with some salt and pepper.
  3. Then I bake it at 350 for about 20 minutes, depending on how done you like your eggs.

It reminds me of an fast food egg/cheese/Canadian bacon sandwich without a bun. I do up a whole batch so I can just heat one up for a quick breakfast or snack on the go. I keep them in zip lock bag in the refrigerator. Tasty and easy!
